2011 Cedar Valley Photo Contest

The Cedar Falls Tourism & Visitors Bureau and the Waterloo Convention & Visitors Bureau are holding a photo contest. The contest is open to both the amateur and professional photographer. Photos must be received by April 30, 2011.
