Home of the Metro Disc Golf League. Tourist Park in Cedar Falls has an 18-hole course, as does Exchange Park in Waterloo. There are two, nine-hole courses within 20 minutes at nearby Waverly and Hickory Hills Park. League play coincides with daylight savings hours on Monday nights throughout the spring and summer.

Three distinct pool areas, handicapped accessible, concessions, shade structures, lounge chairs, and more! The Adventure Falls offers a 196 foot long enclosed tube slide and a 176 foot long raft slide that come off a 21 foot tall tower.  Patrons can float in the 450 foot long lazy river, complete with fountains, sprays, rapids, and falling water. The Safari Falls features a beach style entry, home to an elephant and other floating creatures at play among the fountains, slides, sprays and a large dump bucket.  The Rock Falls is a traditional pool with a twist! The area has an 8 lane, 25 meter pool with a lap line, floatable objects to climb on, a water basketball area, and water volleyball area.  There is also an attached diving well.  Patrons must be 46 inches tall to use the watersides and 44 inches tall to use the lazy river.

Weather permitting. Aquatic Center is open from the end of May until mid-August.

Hartman Reserve Nature Center is a 308.9-acre nature reserve located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The reserve is dedicated to teaching youth about nature through hands on experiences and preservation.
A variety of workshops and events are held throughout the year including the Maple Syrup Festival in March. 

Cedar Falls has an active Public Art Commimittee which is passionate about the commission and installation of creative, thought-provoking works in public spaces throughout the community.

Turkey Ridge Dive Site is a scuba diving destination for enthusiasts and students from all over the Midwest. Open from April to October, Turkey Ridge features two staging docks, the Eclipso and the Sagitario, two underwater training platforms, a seasonal changing and restroom facility, picnic tables and other outdoor activities.
