Three Pines’ Community Supported Pie program features weekly pot pie care packages ready for pick up. With each subscription, a pot pie donation will be made to Hospitality House, a local daytime shelter for those who are homeless and others in need. UPDATE 11/17/20: Turkey Trot is going 100% virtual
"Turkeys" of all ages are welcome to join the fun...virtually! There will be a 5K, Kids Dash for those ages 10 and younger, a 1-mile fun run. Visit their registration page, which may still be transitioning to virtual.
Cranksgiving, COVID-19 Edition
Cranksgiving is a food drive on two wheels. Part bike ride, part food drive, part scavenger hunt, it has been held annually in Cedar Falls since 2009. In 2020, it will not be a one day event, but a DIY event held November 2 - 21. After you've completed your Cranksgiving shopping, drop off purchases to Bike Tech by November 21.
And, take time to hike and bike our Cedar Valley Trails. We have more than 100 miles of trails in a series of loops for you to enjoy! Pick up a Cedar Valley Trails & Recreation Guide at area hotels or kiosks or pick up a map in the vestibule of the Cedar Falls Visitor Center.
