January 5-6, 2024

Get ready for an exciting start to the new year as the Cedar Valley gears up to host the National Wrestling Coaching Association's National Duals on January 5-6 at the UNI-Dome. Over 100 men's and women's programs from across the country will participate. The last time the National Duals were held in the UNI-Dome was in 2011, which brought over 5,000 visitors to the Cedar Falls area. Visitors can drop in to see their latest exhibitions and walk through the outdoor sculpture garden. If your crew is feeling competitive, check out Hurling Hatchets in downtown Cedar Falls, and Grid Lounge, the only SIM racing destination in Iowa.

Whether you need something specific or just want to browse, Cedar Falls is a great place to shop, with four distinct districts offering a variety of options. If you're looking for locally owned boutiques, head to the Downtown District or College Hill district near the UNI Dome.
