Cedar Falls Tourism and The Brass Tap Announce New Partnership
Cedar Falls Tourism is set to release its newest newsletter, Tourism on Tap, Sponsored by The Brass Tap. The newsletter will release tourism statistics and event data about the City of Cedar Falls.
The partnership between Cedar Falls Tourism and The Brass Tap brings together two dynamic forces that share the same vision, bringing more visitors to the community. By combining their strengths and resources, they are confident in achieving breakthroughs that will benefit their organizations and drive positive change within their respected industries.
"We look forward to the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. The Brass Tap's recent expansion makes it a great social venue downtown. It is perfect for the groups we are bringing into Cedar Falls that want to do an offsite outing from the event center" said Cedar Falls Tourism's Adam Bolander.
During the initial meeting, Walter Burtis, owner of The Brass Tap, said, "We are excited to partner with Cedar Falls Tourism. The goal of bringing more groups/travel writers to our community aligns perfectly with our commitment to customer satisfaction. It brings us one step closer to our goal of being recognized as Cedar Falls' hometown bar."
The newsletter will be composed by Cedar Falls Tourism's new Content Coordinator, Keri Miller. When asked about the new initiative Keri said "We're excited about our new quarterly newsletter format, which provides businesses with insights and tips to boost business and stay up-to-date with the economic impact of Cedar Falls tourism efforts. Tourism on Tap will include statistics on the number of visitors to Cedar Falls and their impact on our community. We'll also provide tips and strategies to help businesses engage and attract more visitors to their locations."
The partnership announcement comes when Tourism sees record numbers. The Brass Tap recently completed an expansion, including an upstairs party deck.
