Little else says Spring like an early morning visit to the farmer’s market for farm-fresh produce, delicious baked goods, fresh-cut flower arrangements, plants and crafts made by local artisans. There really is something for everyone at our local markets.

The largest of our markets is the Cedar Falls Farmer’s Market located at 3rd and Clay Streets in Cedar Falls. It’s nestled under mature trees and between our local historical society and Overman Park. Not only will you find produce, plants, baked goods and crafts, this farmer’s market also has food and coffee vendors, a monthly customer appreciation day and live entertainment throughout the summer. Bike or drive to the market, grab a cup of coffee (and breakfast), stroll the streets, purchase your week’s produce and picnic in the park.
They’re open every Saturday, May through October, from 8:30 am until Noon.

New in 2026, Cedar Falls Community Main Street is introducing a Night Market experience on Wednesdays June 17 and July 15, offering a laid-back evening of shopping and dining throughout the downtown district. It's the perfect opportunity to stroll through the area, enjoy local food and goods, and support your favorite farmers market vendors in a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere.

Evansdale Farmer’s Market
9:00 am – 12:00 pm, May 2 through October
Located in Evansdale at 3562 Lafayette Road
Organic food, fruits, vegetables and local specialties available

TUESDAY
Cedar Valley Farmers Market at Kimball Ridge
3:00 pm – 6 pm, May 5 through October
Located in Waterloo at Kimball Ridge, 3025 Kimball Ave., behind Wells Fargo Bank and La Cava Mexican Seafood Bar & Bar.
Seasonal produce, baked goods, eggs, crafts and more.

Evansdale Farmer’s Market
