The University of Northern Iowa offers 15 sports (men's and women's combined) including basketball, wrestling, volleyball, football, softball and soccer. Most home games are played on campus. Schedules and additional information about Panthers sports is available on their website.

The Waterhawks are an award winning ski team. Their shows take place at Eagle Lake in Evansdale. Visit the Waterhawks website for their show performance schedule.

Enjoy exciting hockey action with the Waterloo Black Hawks, members of the United States Hockey League. The USHL is the premier Junior A Hockey League in North America. Home games are played at Young Arena, arguably the finest rink in Junior Hockey. The Black Hawks regular season starts in October and concludes in March.

Catch baseball fever with the Waterloo Bucks! The Bucks, part of the Northwoods Collegiate League, made Waterloo their home in 1994. Home games are played at Waterloo Riverfront Stadium, June - August. The City of Waterloo has made recent improvements to Riverfront Stadium with more on the way. Come out and catch the fever!
