Scarecrow’s Haunted Barn, Haunted Scarytale Cornfield, Punkin Playland, hayrides, The Punkinator and the Giant Jumping Pillow!

This third-generation family farm offers a great selection of pumpkins, gourds and squash. They also have a family-friendly haunted house, haunted hayride and haunted walk for only $4 per person. Through October: Visit their Facebook page to confirm hours.
Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens
1927 E. Orange Road, Waterloo
Becks' Wapsie Fresh Produce and Petersen and Tietz Florist and Greenhouse are partnering with the Cedar Valley Arboretum and offering pumpkins, produce and flowers for sale. Every purchase supports the arboretum. While at the arboretum, take a stroll through the gardens and see if you can find all of the scarecrow vignettes on display through the end of October.
Surprise Night Out

Cedar Falls Downtown District
It's officially fall and it's that time to grab your favorite people for a night out in the District! Take a stroll downtown and discover what surprises your favorite merchants have in store for you!
UNI Homecoming and Parade
It's a fun week that culminates with a parade Saturday morning at 11:00 am and a football game against Youngstown State at 4:00 pm in the UNI-Dome!
Pink Ribbon Run
Open to runners and walkers with race awards and door prizes. All proceeds benefit the Northeast Iowa Community Foundation's Beyond Pink TEAM. Downtown District, Cedar Falls. 319-277-0213.

Historic Downtown Cedar Falls Ghost Tour
Explore Downtown Cedar Falls like you never have before! Join local host Lauren Riensche on a one-hour, one-mile walking tour as she recants local history and hauntings, sourced from community members who have lived and worked in the area.
26th Annual Under the Harvest Moon
5:30 - 10:30 pm
Hartman Reserve Nature Center
Happy hour and silent auction begin at 5:30, followed by a Moment In Thyme dinner and lively auctions. Reservations are required and limited in number so register soon, October 15 at the latest!
